Services and proposals
Website content describes the types of services Scalymise may provide, including digital marketing, paid advertising, social media and content, website development, e-commerce, graphic design and video editing. Specific scope, fees, timelines, revisions, payment terms and deliverables are confirmed separately in a written proposal, quotation or agreement.
Portfolio and client work
Portfolio examples are presented to demonstrate work delivered by Scalymise. Client names, brands, visuals and project information remain the property of their respective owners. Unless a result is explicitly stated and documented, portfolio presentation should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar outcomes for another business.
Payments and project commitments
No website enquiry creates a binding project commitment. Work begins only after both parties agree to the applicable commercial terms and any required advance or milestone payment.
Intellectual property
Scalymise retains ownership of its website, branding, original website copy, code and internal methods unless otherwise stated. Client deliverables are governed by the individual project agreement and any third-party licences that apply.
Limitations
Digital performance depends on many factors outside any agency’s control, including market conditions, platform policies, budgets, competition, customer demand and client-side operations. Scalymise does not guarantee rankings, revenue, ROAS, lead volume or other business outcomes unless a specific written guarantee is expressly agreed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Scalymise operates as a trading name from Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan.
