Scalymise is a trading name based at Shop No. 115, First Floor, Rehman Trade Center, University Road, Sargodha, Pakistan. We provide digital strategy, advertising, social media, creative, website and e-commerce services.
2. Website use

Advertising networks, hosting providers, social networks, Shopify, WooCommerce and other third-party services operate under their own terms and may change features, policies, pricing or availability independently of Scalymise.
7. Results and performance
Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on factors including the offer, market, competition, budget, platform conditions and customer behaviour. Scalymise does not guarantee a specific revenue, lead volume, ranking or advertising return unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scalymise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Governing context
Scalymise operates from Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan. Any project-specific governing terms may be stated in the applicable client agreement.
